1. Circuit composition

      The high-frequency pulse power supply consists of the main circuit part, the control circuit part and the high-frequency rectifier transformer.

     Main circuit part: It consists of contactor, three-phase bridge rectifier, LC filter circuit, multiple groups of IGBT full-bridge inverter circuit, high-frequency high-voltage rectifier transformer, cooling system, etc. Control circuit part: mainly composed of DSP-CPLD control circuit, digital phase-locked synchronization circuit, IGBT drive circuit, signal acquisition circuit, relay circuit, communication interface, low-voltage interface circuit, etc.

2. Working principle 

      The working principle of high-frequency pulse power supply is to convert three-phase 380V, 50Hz low-voltage AC power into 520V DC bus voltage through three-phase bridge rectification and LC filtering. The DC bus voltage is inverted into high-frequency pulse voltage through multiple groups of IGBT full-bridge inverters, and the corresponding high-frequency transformers are stepped up. The high-voltage silicon stack rectifier outputs 40KHz DC high voltage to provide high-frequency pulse power for the electrostatic precipitator. The controller automatically tracks and controls according to the secondary voltage and current feedback signals of the ESP load.
